We are the publisher of Idaho Cuisine and Spokane Sizzle. We have been in business since 1995 producing high quality full color marketing publications for large and small organizations. We started the Cuisine de Coeur d’Alene in 1998 and have grown every year since! What started out as a way to promote local restaurants to tourists, became a publication that is so much more.

This has also increased our circulation for the Cuisine magazine and we now know just how READY Spokane is for the same information! We did our homework…. We know what people want to know about restaurants, local specialty foods, the arts and entertainment industry in the Inland Northwest. There are LOTS of diners out there looking for you! We show them how to find you! We offer them a guide to restaurants, caterers, food and gift shoppes, local specialty foods, the arts and entertainment venues that get them out there and ready to find you!
