Premier Chefs Northwest Wine Dinner

The Artisan Room, located inside the newly refurbished Ridpath Hotel, is hosting its first fusion wine dinner. This fusion wine dinner series aims to provide the finest experience by incorporating all the senses while supporting a local charity. This event will provide its patrons with a combination of incredible food and wine pairings, music and entertainment to create an original and memorable experience. Local artist Viza Arlington will be painting the room during the dinner. Capturing the evening and preserving the moment, the piece will be auctioned off at the close of the evening. The dinner is $100 per person, all-inclusive, including valet parking. The dinner will include a champagne reception and a 5-course meal prepared by Cuisine Northwest Executive Chef Gonzo Carrillo and Moxie’s Owner/Executive Chef Ian Wingate. Each course will be paired with some of the Northwest’s finest wine by the event’s host and Guest Sommelier Sam Lange, former Beverly’s Master Sommelier. The next Premier Chefs Northwest will take place in November. The Artisan Room is located inside the Ridpath Hotel at 515 w. Sprague in Spokane.
