Cooking with guest chefs and the Greenbriar Catering staff is a unique opportunity to polish your culinary skills! Classes include International cuisines such as Country French, Tapas, Mediterranean, Southern US, and Low Fat Low Sugar cooking. Demonstrations and class participation as well as wine and beer sampling make it an enjoyable learning experience. Top that off with getting to eat the meal prepared at class to enjoy an complete dining experience. Â
