Spokane — The Festival of Wine and Flowers is an event that includes wine tasting from some of Washington’s fines wineries, along with exceptional cuisine from Chef Ian Wingate of Moxie Restaurant and an auction. Proceeds from this event benefit St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute located at 711 S. Cowley St. Cost is $100 per person.
