Wheat Montana Farms Bakery & Deli Now in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho
Coeur d’Alene — Wheat Montana Farms Bakery & Deli recently opened two new locations: one in Spokane on the South Hill late last year, and one in Coeur d’Alene on Dec. 1, 2007. Offering sandwiches, pastries, coffee, fresh soups daily, wheat chili (made with wheatberries) and of course, wheat Montana breads! Their breads are as close to natural as possible, with minimal processing, not to mention chemical free.The Folkvord family, now in their third generation of farmers, still own and operate their family farm. Wheat Montana Farms now has eight bakeries and delis in Montana, as well as four in Idaho and two in Washington. In Coeur d’Alene, their bakery and deli is located at: 405 W. Neider Ste. 5.
