Smoked Trout Mousse stuffed Zucchini Rounds with a Pecan Meuniere Sauce

Curried Butternut Squash with a Saffron Creme Fresh

Irish Game Hen with Fried Leek and Fava Bean Ragut

Poached Asian Pears over Candied Walnut Pund Cake with Blue Cheese Ice Cream and Rosemary Caramel Pecans

This dinner and tasting will be held at Twigs Bistro on the South Hill, located at 4320 S. Regal. Reservations are required. Cost is $59 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
