Spokane — Ambrosia Bistro & Wine Bar’s Chef Jeremiah Timmons will be preparing a variety of treats using an array of cheddar cheeses, those from the United States as well as international cheeses. His Cheddar Madness class will be held at Saunders Cheese Market, located at 210 S. Washington St. Cost is $45 per person. Pre-pay only, with reservations taken up to three days prior of the scheduled class.
