Dancing with the “Local” Celebrities

Spokane — To help benefit the Christian Youth Theatre, local clebrities, such as CdA’s deputy fire chief, news reporters, writers, chamber and city council presidents, and more, will dance the night away at the Bing Crosby Theater, located at 901 W. Sprague Ave. Cost is $15-$25 per person. Guests can vote for their favorite dancing couple by placing money in the basket of the couple.

Spring Dessert Benefit Auction

Babette’s Feast Benefit

Spokane Valley — Babette’s Feast will feature 12 of Spokane’s top chefs, along with local wineries and breweries. Guests will enjoy hors d’oeurves, a five-course dinner, wine and brews. This event, to help celebrate National Nutrition Month 2008, is presented by the Greater Spokane Dietetic Association, benefits the Spokane Crosswalk Teen Shelter Programs. 24th Annual Chocolate Champagne Gala

Spokane — Enjoy an evening of champagne, chocolate and coffee samplings, and hors d’oeuvres. Guests will also enjoy live and silent auctions, as well as dancing to Six Floor Swing. This annual event benefits Lutheran Community Services Northwest’s SAFeT Response Center. The LCSN is for victims of violent crimes and their families, providing therapy, medical and legal advocacy, and education. The event will be held at the Red Lion Hotel at the Park, located at 303 W.
