Coeur d’Alene - Bistro on Spruce presents … Everything you’ve always wanted to know about Champagne! 6:30pm Thursday, Oct. 16. Guests will taste SEVEN different Champagnes and sparkling wines, learning everything from how Champagne is made, to how to open and serve spakling wines, the different styles of Champagne to the grapes used, and what’s important when reading the label. There will be door prizes, stoppers, ice buckets and more! Light appetizers will be served, with a full menu available. Cost is $50/person. Bistro on Spruce is located at 1710 N.
