Spokane — Offering cooking classes for cancer survivors, their family and friends. This class teaches one how whole-foods cooking contributes to health and well-being after cancer. Registration is required for these cooking classes. Held at Holy Family Hospital, located at 5633 N. Lidgerwood St. in the Health Education Center 1. Cost is $10.
Spokane — This Healing Foods Kitchen Cooking Class is directed toward Cancer survivors and their families and friends. Participants will learn the importance of whole foods cooking and its contribution to health and well-being after cancer. This cooking class will be held in the Education Center 1 at Holy Family Hospital, located at 5633 N. Lidgerwood St. Call to register. Cost is $10.
This five-week series will emphasize everything from the foundation of cooking, to proper knife skills, food preparation, breads, desserts and menu planning. Classes begin the week of Tues., March 11.
