Restaurant For Sale in Coeur d’Alene

June 21st, 2008

Anthony’s Midtown Bistro is a charming restaurant located in a small house at 315 East Walnut in Coeur d’Alene’s thriving Midtown area. The restaurant is a fully operational turn-key business with licenses transferrable. Cozy bistro tables and 7 seats at the granite bar bring indoor seating to 42, and an enclosed outdoor patio that seats 12 more seasonally.
Currently doing $235,000 to $260,000 in gross sales annually, doing business for dinner only at about 22 hours a week for service. A new operator with a desire to do lunches could easily increase the business already at hand. This is an established neighborhood, and beyond, regular clientele from six successful years in business. Sale includes all equipment and business name, no inventory for $75,000.
