Dreams do come true! Welcome to Chaps, first conceived when I was a little cowgirl in Montana, where I was nurtured, encouraged and championed by my two loving grandparents. They remain very much alive today within the décor, the food and hopefully, the warmth I remember so vividly. I designed, built and furnished the café with materials, art and objects from my family’s homestead in order to evoke special meaning and memories.
